WHY LARRY IS THE CHOICE TO SPEAK FOR YOUR GROUP

Larry believes children should be included in conversations that are difficult and concern the family. He has written his books from life experiences that have affected his family. These books and the information Larry shares are not counseling or therapy; they are life lessons. The books are designed as doorways to conversations.

Larry is available for Keynote, parent workshop, educator discussion, author visit, book reading, Q&A, and resource table

Larry’s program, The Fifteen Feet Between Knowing and Saying, which is approximately 45 minutes in length, has audience size flexibility from five to five hundred. Larry is available to travel within 165 miles of Lubbock. Programs can be delivered in person or via live video conference. For in-person events, Larry will require the ability to show pptx files.

Larry’s current speaking program, Starting the Conversation: The Fifteen Feet Between Knowing and Saying, explores why children should be included in difficult family conversations. Drawing from his experiences with adoption, childhood grief, trauma, and the guilt he carried after being unable to see his brother before his death, he encourages adults to help children understand that they are not alone and are not to blame.

Larry appeared on The Veteran Show on KFRE Radio on August 11, 2026, discussing My Family Lives with PTSD.
